How WMS fits your stack

Run a selected facility in StateSet, with one authority for physical inventory.

What you keep
Keep your storefront, ERP, and order-management system. Qualify the scanners, labels, and carrier handoffs used by your warehouse team.
What StateSet runs
Your warehouse team uses StateSet for receiving, putaway, allocation, picking, packing, and shipment handoff.
Where records live
StateSet maintains the facility’s physical stock, reservations, and movement ledger. The OMS retains the commercial order and receives confirmed fulfillment updates through the enabled integration.

Starting the rollout. Introducing StateSet WMS at a facility is a warehouse-system rollout. Reconcile opening stock and in-flight work before moving authority from an existing WMS; do not run two independent stock masters.

Warehouse management

Run the floor with inventory you can trace.

Keep physical stock, reservations, and warehouse work connected, from the first receipt to the final handoff.

Receive and put away

Work from expected receipts, validate bin, SKU, and lot scans, and direct received stock into storage with reviewed quantities.

Allocate, pick, and pack

Reserve stock by order line, retain backorders, batch picks into one walk, and pack into packages before carrier handoff.

Trace lots and serials

Follow exact lot and serial identities through inventory and fulfillment, with expiry controls, quarantine holds, and cross-facility lot tracing.

Coordinate facilities

Manage independent facility inventories and physical transfers with dispatch evidence, in-transit quantities, and confirmed arrivals.

Replenish, count, and recover

Use replenishment rules and blind cycle counts, resolve short picks, and receive returns against the original shipped quantities.

Verify every stock change

Retain an immutable movement ledger, recover uncertain saves with the original request, and independently reconcile balances against history.

Inside the workflow

Follow the work across the warehouse.

Select a stage to see how a physical movement becomes a verified inventory record.

WMS / Receive

Know exactly what arrived.

Receive against expected lines, validate product and lot identity, and retain partial receipts without inventing missing quantities.

  • Expected and partial receipts
  • Bin, SKU, and lot validation
  • Over-receipt protection

One warehouse record. Multiple ways to work.

Operators, service integrations, and AI agents use the same underlying warehouse commands and movement history.

On the floor

  • Web dashboard
  • Terminal client
  • GS1 barcode workflows
  • ZPL labels

Across the network

  • OMS order import
  • TMS planned-load adapter
  • Readiness & handoff events
  • Conditional OMS writeback

For automation

  • REST API
  • Native MCP server
  • Tenant & role controls
  • Recoverable command requests

Build around your operation

Plan a pilot around your facility.

For warehouse operators, fulfillment teams, and brands managing their own facilities.

The warehouse workflows have been qualified in local software release testing. Production deployment, scanner hardware, and physical facility acceptance still need validation in your environment. Native OMS and TMS connections require configured and qualified receivers.

  • Map facilities, bins, SKUs, and lot policies
  • Validate scanners, labels, and floor workflows
  • Qualify integrations and physical acceptance

Questions about iCommerce WMS

Does iCommerce WMS replace my existing systems?

Run a selected facility in StateSet, with one authority for physical inventory. Introducing StateSet WMS at a facility is a warehouse-system rollout. Reconcile opening stock and in-flight work before moving authority from an existing WMS; do not run two independent stock masters.

What does iCommerce WMS manage?

WMS manages physical inventory and warehouse execution: receiving, putaway, allocation, picking, packing, shipping handoffs, returns, replenishment, cycle counts, and transfers between facilities.

Can WMS manage multiple warehouses?

Yes. Each facility has its own stock, catalog, locations, and work. Transfers preserve dispatch evidence, track goods in transit, and require separately confirmed destination arrivals.

Does WMS buy shipping labels or issue refunds?

WMS records and prints carrier labels and receives physical returns against original shipments. Carrier purchasing belongs in the transportation workflow, while refunds remain with the commercial system.

What inventory units are supported?

Inventory is tracked in whole each units, with reviewed case, inner-pack, and pallet conversions. Fractional measured quantities such as weight or length are not currently supported.

Is WMS ready for a live facility rollout?

Local software qualification covers the warehouse workflows and recovery behavior. A live rollout still requires production deployment qualification, scanner hardware testing, facility acceptance, and validation of configured integrations.
