How OMS fits your stack

Make StateSet the coordinator of a defined order flow across your existing stack.

What you keep
Keep your storefronts, ERP, warehouse system, and fulfillment partners where their connections are supported.
What StateSet runs
StateSet runs order intake, inventory coordination, fulfillment routing, and exception recovery for the selected flow.
Where records live
Your designated storefront or ERP owns the commercial order. StateSet owns orchestration history; the warehouse confirms physical fulfillment.

Starting the rollout. Choose one routing owner. If another OMS already coordinates the flow, agree which responsibilities move to StateSet and validate the cutover before switching.

Order management

Own the order, from intake to outcome.

Give your team a shared record of what was ordered, where it is going, and what needs attention across the systems that run your business.

Bring every channel together

Ingest orders through webhooks and scheduled syncs. Preserve channel references in a canonical order record for downstream operations.

Orchestrate fulfillment

Route orders to configured fulfillment centers or ERPs and coordinate the jobs that move them through your network.

Coordinate inventory

Track and reserve inventory across channels, and reconcile availability with connected systems.

Close the fulfillment loop

Bring shipment status and tracking back into the order record so teams can follow progress across fulfillment partners.

Recover interrupted work

Inspect failed jobs, retry eligible work, and replay webhook events with durable history and duplicate protection.

Give agents operational context

Use a shared commerce briefing to surface order delays, inventory alerts, and integration health, with confirmation controls for supported mutations.

Inside the workflow

Follow an order through your network.

Select a stage to see how the OMS connects commercial demand to fulfillment and operational follow-through.

OMS / Capture

Start with a connected order record.

Receive a channel order, preserve its external identifiers, and make the normalized record available to your operations team.

Questions about iCommerce OMS

Does iCommerce OMS replace my existing systems?

Make StateSet the coordinator of a defined order flow across your existing stack. Choose one routing owner. If another OMS already coordinates the flow, agree which responsibilities move to StateSet and validate the cutover before switching.

Is iCommerce OMS the new name for StateSet Sync?

Yes. StateSet Sync is now StateSet iCommerce OMS. Its commerce integration and orchestration capabilities form the order management layer of the StateSet suite.

How do OMS, WMS, and TMS work together?

OMS coordinates orders and connected systems. WMS manages physical inventory and warehouse work. TMS manages transportation and freight workflows. Their handoffs use explicit source records and require configured, qualified integrations for your environment.

Can we keep our current ERP and fulfillment partners?

Yes. OMS connects existing commerce systems through supported integrations and APIs. The rollout starts by confirming your specific systems, credentials, mappings, and workflow requirements.

What happens when a connected service is unavailable?

Background jobs retain their state and use retry and backoff for retryable failures. Operators can inspect jobs, review integration health, and recover eligible work through retry and replay controls.
